    Frequency

    This may vary based on project stage. Options include:

    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • 2 or more times per week
    • Less often than weekly (not recommended)

    Format

    Ideally learners have easy access and any skills needed. Options include:

    • Written via the GD guides
    • On paper
    • Email, text, or an app
    • Video or audio recordings uploaded to Drive

    Documentation

    This helps clarify events and other things being reported. Options include:

    • Photos or screenshots
    • Video links
    • Emails/other communication with partner organizations
    • GD Guide activity reports

    Content

    The idea is to share details to give an idea of what’s happening and provide topics for reflection (next up). Possibilities include:

    • Tasks completed or other accomplishments
      • Skills or knowledge gained (e.g., new slang, procedures, approaches to something)
        • Observations (e.g., about community member challenges, power dynamics, communication, how resources are allocated, etc.)
          • Challenging or surprising situations
            • New or different insights
              • Observed feelings in reaction to any of the above
